British actor ORLANDO BLOOM proposed to the stunning Aussie model following a three-year romance.
The catwalk beauty has repeatedly denied she's exchanging vows with the Pirates Of The Caribbean star, most recently in February when she was spotted wearing a sparkly ring on her wedding finger.
However, Orlando's spokesperson yesterday confirmed the couple "are getting married".
And word of their forthcoming nuptials has been ecstatically received in the Kerr household.
A rep for the family told People: "The entire Kerr family is thrilled with the news.
"It is a very exciting time for both of them."
